Shout out to Micah. Yesterday morning I went over to the farmers market and bought two racks of baby back ribs. I smoked them for 6 hours and they came out amazing. They were definitely my best batch yet. Also I make fire ribeye cheesesteaks on the black stone griddle. Just take two ribeye and cut them really thin. Add some peppers, cheese and a nice Italian bread and you will not be disappointed. You gotta get the Italian bread with the seeds though.

Now sure if she'll see it but: I've been obsessed with grilling tritip over the last month or so. It takes some trail and error (depending on how rare you do/don't want and what type of rub/marinade works for y'all) but now it's my go to Saturday afternoon/evening grill meal.
