Over the past year or so, rumors have percolated surrounding a future PlayStation handheld, but in reality, no one knew what the exact nature of this hypothetical device would be. Could it be a successor to PSP and Vita? Or perhaps a portable PS4 or PS4 Pro? Well, it's neither of those things, if recent reporting is accurate. Instead, Sony is apparently building a fully portable PlayStation 5, which -- if accurate -- could completely upend not only the core gaming market, but the traditional cadence of console generations, full-stop. But perhaps the biggest question about a PS5 Portable is this: What does it mean for PlayStation 6? Other news this week includes an update to Sony's pursuit of Kadokawa Corporation, the retirement of legendary PlayStation executive Shuhei Yoshida after 31 years with the brand (and 38 years at Sony itself), a surprise upward revision of PlayStation 2's once-static sales number, and much more. Hey Gents, loved the bluesky conversation but one difference between Bluesky and most other social media platforms is that it is completely decentrazlied. It works a lot like an e-mail service and in the future other decentralized platforms can talk to each other. E.g. Gmail users can send e-mails to Hotmail etc. A Decentralized internet is a beautiful thing.

Sony has me right where they want me. I’ve bought 9 different Dualsense controllers so far. They need to release the clear blue Dualsense now. Im definitely a little peeved though. They dropped the price of the chroma controllers two weeks after I bought the white one.

Seems like I'm definitely in the minority here, but I don't really care about this unboxing experience that so many people care so much about. Like I understand that it's very lackluster in comparison to the Series X for example, but the amount of time the guys spend talking about this seems excessive lol. I completely understand presentation etc, but I'm buying the product at the end of the day, the packaging either goes in storage or is recycled. Again I realise I'm on my own here, but it really doesn't bother me personally Also surprised to hear Colin complain about the 30th anniversary product unboxing, I thought that was kind of cool, as they did something different with the OG style packaging, then all the images of the various playstation accessories on the inside. Granted I got the anniversary edge, which was in a sturdier box inside and also comes in a nicer package again with its own case etc. I can't speak for whats inside the normal Dualsense box

I have play COD multiplayer and campaign on the portal and it has been nearly perfect. Granted I’m not a FPS pro, but I can easily hold my own with a 1+ K/D. The same I have when playing on the PS5 directly

RE: Colin's Look-Alike... there is a 2018 documentary called "Three Identical Strangers", and one of these three individuals (the thinnest) looks so much like Colin I had to look up the cast to make double-sure. Google image the doc title, and then look for the image where the three of them have their arms around each other. The dude on the right is a pretty close doppelganger -- complete with the throwback white-afro.

Bluesky probably won't survive. I just think it is hilarious the usual suspects are mad some are choosing to use a differently moderated platform. Call it an echo chamber all you want. Some people will seek alternatives when the other platform allows all kinds of hate speech, but saying cisgender will get you suspended.

Haven’t played cod in years but I disagree about the quick scoping point of sweats. Quick scoping has always been high risk high reward. 99 percent of “quick scopers” would perform better with the meta AR or SMG.
