Love ya Micah, but Uncharted 3 is absolutely peak gaming. I don’t know if it’s a 10/10 like Uncharted 2 or 4 but still holds up very well. That being said, I also think you are goinh to have a great time with Skyward Sword and that game get’s lots of unjustified hate imo (the switch version without the movement controls is great).

I disagree with Colin on a lot. I don’t care, I don’t listen because we agree on everything, and disagreements don’t bother me. Exception: His Majoras Mask take makes me cringe every time I hear it. I was so disappointed in that game. So much filler and only 4 dungeons. Weak. 🤣

reminder that 69% of physical PS5 games do NOT require a download and 93% play offline. The physical crowd is so "annoying" because people constantly generalize based on the few bad eggs on the market and declare the physical medium dead because of heavily skewed sales statistics (DLC, GaaS, online multiplayer etc). Weirdly enough many of these people cover the industry professionally and should know better.

I got back into Pokemon when the Switch released Lets Go Pikachu. The last game i played before that was Gold on the GBC. Brillaint Diamond is the only Pokemon game where i had to reload my save because the final boss Cynthia absolutely rinsed me 😭. I got her on the second try. Otherwise Pokemon is too easy. But i still love those games and little creatures. Also I am one of those idiots who buys a the double pack.

I have an infinite candle trick if Micah wants to try it. Get a wax melter and a few empty dishes for the melter. Light your favorite candle and then pour the wax into the empty dishes. Since I’ve done this, my favorite candles last forever and i don’t have to keep buying expensive candles. I have like 20 flavors in a bag and i swap them out all the time. Get the plastic dishes so you can pop them out and use different smells.

Colin is right that these loud “woke” crowd people are annoying but that being said… just because someone is loud doesn’t mean their opinions isn’t of the masses. I have my opinions but I’m just not loud about it. I agree with Micah the whole CD thing and jacket is lame. I’ll still give it a shot but a lot of these games aren’t selling well and it’s cause some people might be loud and obnoxious but a lot of gamers feel the same.. they just quiet.

I’ve never gotten the trophy hype. Achievements always seemed better to me. Just seeing the number at a glance showed me how hardcore someone was. Especially when they used to give you exclusive gamer pics or points towards rewards. I didn’t know until now that Pokemon Blue sold more copies than Red. Everybody loves Charizard so I figured him on the cover sold it. My fave Pokémon art style is still Let’s Go. Bummed they didn’t continue that with Let’s Go GS

I have a library of physical and even got astrobot physical (I even wish I didn't now) but man I just don't get it. You have to wait for/go out and get the disc and you need to download and install it anyway. I've never had issues playing my games offline. Then again, I just don't have to sell my games anymore to get by in affording the next one I guess, but I know that's not the sole reason
