Dustin's 2024 Holiday Mailbag | Sacred Symbols+, Episode 428

Sacred Symbols+ continues on over the remain days of 2024 and today it's a mailbag with me, Dustin! For the next hour and a half, let's get into your questions, ranging from video games, anime, music and more. Thanks for listening!

I think the game Dustin is referring to, that Nick Robinson did a YT video of, is Phantom Dust (released on OG XBOX and, I believe, free to download on current XBOX).

I gotta give a warning that this movie (more of a short film) has NO dialog, using only animation and music, but if you are one that can get past that, I HIGHLY recommend ‘The Snowman’, as holiday viewing. Not quite 30 min. long and I find it often available to watch for free, on YouTube. I’ve watched it sooo many times and I always walk away happier. 😊

Shout out to Dylan! ❤️ 🤗 I can’t imagine what you (and Dustin) have been going through. I understand your reservation in asking, I’ve been careful myself in being supportive but trying to avoid commenting on things that chill the vibe, so to speak. A delicate balancing act. Life is challenging, and not always in ways that seem fair. I try my best to remind myself that I am one of many, and my experiences may sometimes feel exclusive but, in reality, it is something shared with others. That way of thinking allows me some empathy, that helps me through my own rough patches. 🫡 L&R!

Can someone DM me on IG and tell me how to sign into the last stand Patreon? I cannot figure this out for the life of me. IG= Misko1023

I would like to hear Dustin talk about his Christian faith sometime, or have I missed that? It would be an interesting conversation.
