After winning numerous game of the year awards, all eyes were on Hazelight and what their followup would be to It Takes Two. Now, Split Fiction is here with rave reviews and huge commercial success. So, what do we think? Join me (Dustin) and Rick as we break down Split Fiction. Is it one of the greatest games ever made, or should we be calling it Mid Fiction? Please enjoy.

Really excited to give this a listen, but I haven’t made it to the end yet with my wife so I’ll have to save and come back later.

Great as usual! Hoeg continues to be S tier guest status.

Not sure if it’s just my problem but listening to the pod on headphones the audio is echoing in my headphones. Still glad to see Rick on the pod

NGL, I used to not like Hoeg on the pods. Then the team gave him a good mic and I realized I just didn't like his audio quality haha. I guess that's how important audio quality is. Now, he is probably my favorite Last Stand Personality outside of Brad.

Love both It Takes Two and Split Fiction but I absolutely cannot stand that both games center around characters who are just insufferable, and complain and criticize back and forth for a long period.

That seems like a common criticism of the game. I mean who would really want to listen to two karens bicker back and forth of meaningless things
