I’m glad to hear about you quitting smoking Locke. COPD is a progressive disease that will get worse over time but you can do things to mitigate it - immediately stopping smoking, like you are doing, is one of them. Smoking anything will contribute more to it whether it’s weed or otherwise. But I wish you all the luck with the quitting journey and the weight loss journey. The weight loss thing can be very difficult but you’ll feel much better afterwards. As a side note - I changed my mind on chiropractors. I said months ago that they can help and while they can, and there are some good ones, all it takes is one bad one to mess you up. I recently had this happen and now I’m getting weird headaches/dizziness and ear/jaw issues. Unless you are at your wits end, stay away.
