With Xbox's famous ringworld officially arriving on PlayStation 5 in 2026, we can rest assured that Sony's longtime rival has finally conceded the console space for good. Halo: Campaign Evolved -- clever! -- is a ground-up remake of the smash-hit 2001 Xbox launch title, and it comes with some new bells and whistles, including fresh content and a four-player online-enabled campaign. Microsoft even trotted Halo's community manager out in a PlayStation shirt, promised all upcoming Halo content is Sony-bound, and yielded perhaps their last meaningful franchise to the competition. This gives us much to discuss! Colin, thanks for reading my write-in! I gotta be honest, I have no idea how it could have been me, or done something wrong. You have to verify your account by manually changing your PSN profile, which I did and have everything all linked up. You mentioned me changing my name? Did you mean on PSN profies, or on PSN? Very confusing. Also, kind of just frustrated they are ignoring my couple (see what I did there) emails. EDIT: I may have figured it out! I think I had a privacy thing enabled on my profile that may have prevented my profile from updating. I have to pop a trophy and check to see if it gets things going again. Thanks again! EDIT EDIT: Got it to work! Simply needed to update the privacy settings on my PS5. I have no idea how that even got turned on, but I'm stoked it is working now. Thanks for pushing me to figure it out!

Is everyone ignoring Brad’s punishment for Colin to complete KH1 by the end of the year? The original bet was to complete 4 hours by September 1st which he failed. The only way to receive forgiveness from the Lig is through intercession with Brad the Host. Brad assigned penance to complete the game by years end. Colin cannot come up with his own penance like some sort of protestant. The Lig sins live in you until Brad the Host has given you forgiveness.

I think a lot of people aren’t ready for the future as well. Tbh I’m still going to get a new Xbox however I think it being a simple open ecosystem with some benifits like not needed a ps5 cause we know most of their games are going to pc as well. It’s just going to be a change in gaming. Exclusives don’t matter as much as they use to. I know people are more wrapped up in the inside baseball talk cause that’s why we get involved in this hobby. However at the end of the day it’s all about the games. My Xbox, PlayStation, switch, and pc can play a massive amount of the same games I love. I get to pick and choose. Phil has brought a lot of Sony third party exclusive over to the windows/xbox store. I don’t think the devs would waste time doing that. Especially cause pc has grown a lot in Japan

I don’t know why this is beyond Colin to comprehend but Ghost isn’t woke because it’s a female protagonist. I don’t think anybody actually gives a crap that you play as a female other than it’s kind of funny how PlayStation games do make the next character in their stories females often. The problem is a developer and a lot of the development team is super far left in their political views that they have posted outward, especially about the Charlie Kirk assassination, and the actual voice actor publicly has announced on Twitter that she is an antifa member an extremely far left in her views. It’s just the fact that the people that are making the game have political views that are aggressively anti-American. It’s one of those separate the art from the artist kind of situations.

BEFORE YOU BUY A SOUNDBAR - decide if you want to be able to use 120 hz mode on your tv AS WELL AS 5.1 or better. I bought a pretty decent samsung 5.1 sound bar (Left, Center, Right on the main soundbar + Sub + 2 back speakers), and I learned that when I hook this up directly to my series X, I cannot access 120 hz mode anymore. If I use the "arc" connection on my tv, I can get stereo only, but not 5.1. Maybe if my tv had eARC instead of ARC, i could then get the full 5.1 while using 120 hz mode. This is why I'm going to just invest in a Denon receiever at some point. So I dont have to worry. Some soundbars that are "120 hz capable" also do not work, b/c they lack firmware. Its a mess.

I know it’s very easy to say people are too sensitive to spoilers these days but massively pointing out ‘a twist’ in the story is a pretty significant spoiler without saying anything specific about what it is. Someone like myself then spends a lot of time looking for it and without further spoiling it for anyone else, the minute a scenario started that led to it I suspected it due to this podcast reference putting me on high alert for ‘the twist’ which I don’t think I would have otherwise. Normally you’re the best pod out there for this due to playing alongside the day 1 purchasers but I’d urge you to be more cautious of any flagging of ‘twists’ moving forwards. Thanks!
