Thanks to the likes of OpenAI, hardware manufacturers are scrambling to adjust prices amidst a shortage of RAM. As a result, things are about to become more expensive again! Unlike companies like Lenovo or PlayStation who seemingly bought stock in advance to help avoid price shock, Xbox appears to be ready to pass this one onto the consumer. Naturally, the "Xbox refugees" have turned their attention toward the Steam Machine which could fill a void in our gamer hearts. However, the Dukes find it hard to imagine a hero in this stock shortage story. Just how much will the Steam Machine be after Valve admits they will not be subsidizing and are just looking to make the device competitive? Will it look good beside a PlayStation 6 or next gen Xbox? We have a lot of questions, little answers, and even less money.

Letting Sony be the only console available to buy when GTA 6 comes out is a giant mistake by Xbox

Xbox to their fans: Happy Thanksgiving, go kill yourself

Cog - pretty sure Expedition and Ass Creed aren't showing on NPD because their publisher's don't share info.

This Thanksgiving pause section is hilarious. 😂 Whitemeat/darkmeat and creamy onions.

I was excited for the Steam Box and now I’m on the fence leaning towards jumping off. PS continues to be in the best spot right now amidst the GTA VI drop. #RAAMDD

If Ubisoft remade Rainbow Six: Vegas, now that would be for me.

Just an FYI, Assassin's Creed: Shadows is not on the Circana charts because Ubisoft stopped sharing data with Circana. The last time Shawdows was reported was thru July 5th and it was #3 for the year.

Happy to hear KCD2 finally clicked for Matty. It’s incredible, and really pushes the RPG genre forward

Love you Matty but I have to push back on your stance on BO7 once again. I think what you don’t understand is that for all intents and purposes, the campaign is NOT the product. As the write-in said, almost nobody plays it, even in a good year. It’s one thing to criticize the campaign, and I agree that it should be better, but the reality is that it has almost no relevance when we are discussing call of duty black ops 7 as a product. Most of the people who buy the game will never even boot the campaign up. If you’re judging the game’s value on its campaign and ignoring the multiplayer, you’re not even really engaging with the product that you’re trying to criticize. It would be like judging Fortnite based on the “save the world” mode and never setting foot into battle royale. By the way if we insist on talking campaigns, then you should just compare BO7’s to BF6’s, which is supposedly horrible as well, and leave multiplayer out of the convo completely. I don’t mean this in a rude way but your comparison to Halo Infinite needing the full suite, and even your comments about zombies becoming its own game (years ago, great idea — but it has been dead and irrelevant for years) just shows that you are not in touch with the conversation, at least not in the way that you probably want to be. To be clear I think CoD should always deliver a full suite with top notch campaign and zombies. I’m just stressing that multiplayer is like 95% of the product in terms of how important it is to the consumer.
