It's prime time baby!

Wish I understood the love for Prime. Found it really boring and the shooting/combat very unfulfilling.

I guess that new character Myles MacKenzie is so popular with hardcore Metroid fans, that nintendo is considering an entire spin off game featuring him

Simon was a great guest

No need to worry about spoiling a 30 year old game people had time to play it

we are all dogs locked in god's hot car

Thanks for the thoughtful response, I appreciate it. Lock, we must be on the same wavelength because between the time I wrote in and this episode going live I'd started Outer Worlds 2 and gotten to the second planet. I'm having an absolute blast with it. Tainted Grail has also been on my radar all year after seeing Matty's video on his channel about it back when it released and how much he enjoyed it, it looked great but for some reason I didn't bite at the time. So hearing you enjoyed it as well I'll give it a go when I finish Outer Worlds 2. There's plenty to play at the moment so it sounds like I'll be safe to wait it out for Stalker 2 to be in the best spot to start

Just putting it out there for anyone interested in Demonschool after the recommendation, I think calling this a tactics game is a bit of a misnomer. The battles play out much more like puzzles. Think Into the Breach (but you can't see what the enemy is going to do on their turn) instead of Fire Emblem or Tactics Ogre. I was pretty disappointed when I first booted the game up because I was expecting an indie version of Devil Survivor, but after I got over that, I've really been enjoying it. I definitely second the recommendation. The sound track is excellent, by the way.

I’ll be honest, half life 2 was the most underwhelming game I’ve ever played, and I first played it near release. It just felt like a tech demo with a mediocre sci-fi story attached. That said, Ravenholm and the super gravity gun sections were fantastic.

Been real busy and haven’t listened to content here lately but had to make an effort to listen to this awesome trio. Great chemistry
