Despite any gripes with Xbox this year, there's no denying that 2026 presents a fun challenge for them. Fable, Forza Horizon 6, Halo, and Gears Of War E-Day are all slated to drop next year. However, a new wrinkle has been introduced in the ambitious RPG, Clockwork Revolution, which hails from inXile Entertainment. After a seven minute trailer from this summer's showcase, we felt this thing had to be ready to go soon. Sadly, the RPG titan tempered our expectations when the trailer ended with the familiar statement from its initial reveal: "Coming in due time." Well, if a LinkedIn profile is to be believed, Clockwork Revolution may join the fray of a busy year for the "biggest publisher in gaming." Naturally, we hone in on GTA 6 which creates a splash radius so large that every publisher will be avoiding them for the fall. How Xbox navigates this will be interesting as we have yet to consider overdue titles like State Of Decay 3 and third party deals. Buckle up, friends! It's going to be a wild ride.Timestamps:0:00:00 - Intro

Love that thumbnail lol

Donald's Cloaca

Just because a lawsuit is settled doesn't make the controversy settled.

The biggest snub of the game awards is Dying Light the Beast. That game is phenomenal

Soulful Bison

Thanks for the well wishes, I am currently a brewer and the position I’m applying for is a plumbers apprenticeship. I’ve seen a lot of people burn out in the beer industry and I’m looking for better long term job security. Maybe I’ll be the next Mario

The people who bitch about the useless tiny details in games are mentally challenged. People threw fits about craig and fruit in infinite, but then praise halo 3 even though the rats were triangles. Doesn’t make sense.

Matty….. YOURE THE BETHESDA GUY…..good god Go google “vaermina dreamtrapper pillar” from ESO.

Jacob Lesperance

It is amazing. Its what the second one should have been. Hope you enjoy it.

John Cole

Nah Matty😂😂😂 We knew it was an analog stick bro Also I had the original fat psp and then the Star Wars one with Darth Vader.

Dante B

I mean, one was fifteen years and two generations of hardware later so yes those expectations are slightly different.

Tony Fettuccinne

Matty, I too thought the PSP analog stick was a speaker at first when I first saw it at a demo display in Walmart. To be fair though, It had a sort of bumpy texture that made it kind of look like a speaker. I only learned that it wasn’t when my friend let me play Daxter on his PSP, and I was equally as amazed as you were to discover that the system had an analog stick for movement. It is pretty funny though to know that you had actually owned one without knowing this for a period of time.

Plumbing is cool and all, but joining the ranks of Electrician king of the trades is also pretty cool (I'm an electrician, I'm jk the plumbers are great. Fuck the drywallers though) Are you looking to start in residential, commercial, or industrial?

Soulful Bison

It’s a residential service type gig. Definitely want to just get my feet wet and see the different avenues my experience could take me. I originally got my degree in sustainable technology so I want to explore that in time. It seems like choosing a trade is like choosing a starter Pokémon

Jacob Lesperance

The more I listen, the more I realize Cog likes ass games, lol. And there is nothing wrong with that.

Thanks for filling us in! Grats again! - Matty

Sacred Streaming idea: Marvel Cosmic Invasion co-op with the Dukes

Macro

The person who was wronged has settled it, it still is a stain on Bungie that it happened, but all parties involved have called it resolved

Casey Cieslikowski

I’m confused how does kickstarter money help Yacht Club now? Matty said they have a built in audience to buy their game?? Those people already gave their money.

Gooch Gobbler

I think he meant they would carry over to Shovelknight 3D?

Gooch Gobbler

Yeah. I can't believe these dullards don't know the famous vaermina dreamtrapper pillar

Vladimir Grabbinmikov

Ok try this on for size then. I look at the visible armor on that statue and it’s obviously elder scrolls because all the design in that armor that’s visible SCREAMS elder scrolls.

lol starter pokemon is a good way to put it. Residential service can be cool, you'll see all sorts of crazy shit (maybe even literally as a plumber), learn a lot, and it will definitely give you a strong base for creative problem solving and troubleshooting issues. Plumbing is one of those trades too, like electrical, that has a lot of specialized areas too if you want to narrow the focus, and usually the specialty stuff pays more although positions can be fewer and further between. Either way, good luck to ya hope it works out

thesonofit

Hello, Dukes! Always good to see and hear you. Tito Perez has a really interesting follow up on his insane OG XBOX Prototype. Hope you enjoy! https://youtu.be/kfaJ7gFdmyM

Thinking the PSP thumb stick is a speaker is wild. Even if you thought that, how did you not mess with everything right away to figure out that it wasn’t? 😄 lol at Matty saying “Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.” during the Splinter Cell remake talk. Sounding like Diddy adlibs. #FirstHalfDD

Trill Spencer

Yo Matty, just so you know, the Titanfall 2 campaign is like 4-5 hours long. Could be wrong but I got the sense that you might not have realized that since you keep saying you’re trying to get around to it. It is easily completable in 1-2 sessions.

Mr. Scott If You're Nasty

Could the statute be State of Decay 3? Didn't they have these things you had to kill that made the zombies stronger? I don't know been a long time since I played 2. Anyways, great episode gents!! #FirsthalfDD

Mark Pallister

Matty, i absolutely thought the thumb stick was a speaker on the psp and you can be forgiven because you were a kid at the time…. I was 22 😂 It took me a year to realise and by that time I was so used to using the dpad I just never bothered to use it. Great show guys, I listen every week and I don’t even own an Xbox

CantankerArt

Hope this is the right place to ask - this one is for Lord Turn Based but please feel free to chime in Matty. Since the birth of my daughter, I’ve had limited time for gaming. When I can, I’ve been gravitating towards turn based games, or games I can pause as to not miss important cutscene etc. what suggestions do you have that would fit this bill? I’ve been going though XCOM2 WOTC( again), Wartales, BG3, Crusader Kings 3 Dispatch and Detroit become human. Further mentions hugely appreciated. Cheers to you both
