Micah, smoke a whole chicken! Even without spatchcocking it cooks very fast. A simple rub and it’ll be delicious. I don’t usually wet or dry brine mine and they taste amazing every time. Spatchcocking really isn’t hard though. Get some good sears and it’ll go quick, especially on a chicken! I did my first ever on a turkey which is a little more work, but still not bad. -a fellow meat smoker

Didn’t think Micah was going to watch the Mario movie on time 🫡. My daughter loves it but it’s like a solid 7.5/10.

Guys! GOD is a gamer. He appeared in my dreams and told me his favorite game is Skyrim. When he wrote the Bible he based it on Skyrim lore. Jesus was Dragonborn. So very holy.

My fiance spatchcocked and dry brined a turkey for thanksgiving last year, and it was the best holiday turkey I've ever had.

Correct. It doesn’t help that the prices are ridiculous now. Zaxbys actually has seasoning on their tenders but they are on the opposite side of the US from me. I always hit up Zaxbys and Culver’s when I travel.

Respectfully, maybe let Micah read some of these news-bits. The stumbling gets hard to bear
