What's this?! The esteemed 'Belgium Beauty' as part of the Dukes in 2026?! Indeed, it's Lock and Matty here to sprinkle some extra fun in the world of Xbox where the news never stops moving! This week, we have two types of leaks: A fun release window... and an actual game ahead of its launch. Starting with the fun stuff, Gears Of War: E-Day is looking to take a slot in what will, no doubt, be an extremely busy September. How it leaked is the fun part! In the not so fun stuff, Xbox themselves leaked Forza Horizon 6 via Steam. Fortunately, it is very close to the game's launch, but there is more to this story. How did this go down and should there be any panic? Let's dive in!

I continue to be perplexed by Lock's dismissive attitude to 007 First Light, when he hasn't even played it and just checked out previews like the rest of us (which were pretty much positive across the board). It was the same with both these guys on Summon Sign earlier in the year when they were predicting Metacritic scores and were weirdly dismissive of First Light - always thought that was strange when IO have such a great track record and this already looked promising. But this conversation seemed weird when Lock is preemptively saying the game will be forgotten in year and that Uncharted will have already done things better, idk it really just sounds like he's ready to hate on it regardless of what the final product is and won't give it a fair shake. Also I'll defer to Matty here given he actually played the preview, but I found his point of the game being very linear and not giving different options interesting, as other previews I watched talked about how they replayed through the big open mission during the preview and were able to tackle it from a different angle. Also while Matty admits not having much history with Bond movies, I saw some previews from diehard Bond fans who previewed the game, who said Bond here is very faithful and completely fits the character of older movies (seemingly something Lock already disagrees with) - in that he was constantly dropping cheesy quips and one liners, that sounds more Brosnan than Craig to me. Sidenote but Matty (and Cog for that matter) need to give Uncharted another go, it's crazy they say it doesn't do much for them when they never even got close to U4

I think I said it will probably be great and get 8's and 9's across the board, but my personal opinion is that I'm not overly excited for it from what they've shown so far. I'm not gonna pretend to love previews, but I sincerely hope I'm wrong, it's amazing and blows me away. Plenty of games have in the past, so who knows? - Lock

I really hope Gears E Day is good. As a huge fan of Gears 1-3 and Judgement, I could never really get into 4 or 5. I agree it needs some big changes though and it'd be nice to see it take inspiration from Space Marine 2... I have my doubts though

Lock is spot on that XBOX has to go full exclusive even on PC otherwise what’s the point? I liked Avowed over both Outer Worlds. 🤷🏻‍♂️ Matty said Gears should take notes from Warhammer but I didn’t enjoy that game as much as any Gears entry. #DDLock
