With news from Insider Gaming that Insomniac is seemingly hiring for their upcoming X-Men game, I was wondering: are we about to see a generational run of releases from Insomniac? If the Insomniac leaks hold true, then we are about to get Venom next year, Spider-Man 3 in 2028, a new Ratchet game in 2029, and then the X-Men game in 2030. If this release cadence holds, then we'll go five years straight with an annual release from Insomniac. We, as a culture, wax nostalgically about the good old days when we'd get an entire trilogy in a generation. Insomniac has given us four brand-new games this generation. We're about to get a fifth one with Venom. We need to stop looking a gift horse in the mouth. Insomniac is delivering. Besides Obsidian, who has put out as many games as Insomniac has this generation?

Simon, shout out to you for your suggestion on Ace Combat. Been going down the rabbit hole on your suggestion and its been a great time

Boys, all three of you have played Fire Emblem Fortune's Weave. After having played it for the past month and completing Part one for Dietrich and Cai, I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with it. Although, its daunting how long this game is and now they will be releasing even more content with the 4 other flame lords. How are we feeling about it so far? Does anyone plan on playing the DLC?

In Phantom Blade Zero, did everyone change dodge from R1 to O? For me personally, I think R1 makes the just dodging and parrying easier. After playing FFXVI, it made me prefer R1 for dodge in certain games. Since my finger rests on the bumper, it’s easier than changing my thumb position.

Game rec for you boys. Burn With Me is a small deck building creature summoning game. It’s short, sweet and interested. The devs announced 10,000 copies that recouped dev costs. Definitely check out this charming indie gem on steam!

I want to give a KEEP IT UP to Wendy’s. Not only are they the only fast food whose ice cream machine never goes down, they dropped a banger emo core EP this year but are releasing a JRPG for free on Steam. Definitely getting some of the old school vibes that we had back with Burger King, dropping Xbox games and KFC “console.” Fast food meme’ing again is refreshing.

Sort it out to the people that use "anti-consumer companies" as a justification to do anything with a company's product while making a lot of noise and attention. Do whatever you want messing with their code and hardware with (or without) AI and whatever on your own, but don't do some grandstanding that you are doing it to 'stick it to the greedy corpos' like you are robin hood or something. It's been weird these past few years how much attention these jailbreaking/emulating projects that were supposed to be grassroots/underground have been vying for attention. And its not even the developers of the projects that do this. Its their 'supporters' that are willing to wield any weapon they can grab. All you are doing by drawing this much attention is probably making it worse for normal customers by justifying these companies to come up with weird and annoying process to authenticate that you are an actual paying customer, or push for weird legislation around IP to 'fix' the issue (which I doubt is an actual big issue but they will use it to justify it). SORT IT OUT.

Hello, Phantom Brad Zero, Dustin Park Capital, and Castlevania: Simon’s Curse, What would be a worse level to play in a hypothetical Phantom Blade Zero area: 1. Foxcon Plant with suicide nets 2. Uyghurs concentration camp in China 3. North Korea hard labor camp 4. The literal country of Afghanistan 5. Chicago OR 6. Chris Chans house Enjoy the rest of the day and the rest of the week. May you all be well

Hey everyone, I wanted to share a game recommendation: Doom: The Dark Ages – Revelations DLC. This is some of the best DLC I've ever played, and it feels like nobody is talking about it. The new chain spear makes the combat feel fast-paced and reminiscent of Doom Eternal. It honestly makes The Dark Ages my favorite entry in the franchise.

Keep it up, Simon! As a fellow Dutchman, I'm so glad to see and hear you on this show. I'm a regular listener of the Power Up podcast, where you're one of the hosts, and that's where I first heard about LSM. You've really changed my perspective on games. The way you talk about them is unlike anyone else's, especially in the Netherlands. Thanks to you, I dove into games I would never have played otherwise and absolutely loved them, like Ace Combat and Death Howl. And after hearing you and the other guys at LSM talk about Castlevania, I'm really excited to play the series too. And of course, thanks for all the amazing work you do for Power Unlimited magazine. Again, keep it up!

Hello Men of Leisure Okay, obvious question but it needs to be addressed: How does the combat of Phantom Blade Zero compare to Onimusha Way of the Sword? Who has the sharpest edge when it comes to the clashing of swords?

Keep it Up: Three Piece! (Dustin’s Family) I saw that Halloween post, it was very cute.

Lot of folks talking about input lag in Castlevania belmonts curse, but I haven't heard any mention of the Motion Sensitivity slider in the Settings menu. It's defaulted to like .92, and changing it all the way to 1 effectively removes input lag (at least on PS5).

Hey Fellas, I wanted to give Asha Sharma a big sort it out for how she completely screwed The Coalition by giving in to delusional, booger-eating Xbox fanboys and making Gears E- day a console exclusive. Jason Schreier recently confirmed the reports of a 500 mill budget and if the Verge's sales numbers of 400k are true...it sounds like The Coalition and the Gears franchise could be cooked. As i write this Wario 64 just posted that Gears E-day is already on sale. I definetly wouldve bought E-day for my PS5 Pro but alas, Asha chose twitter likes over the health of the Gears franchise because putting it on PS5 couldve been the spark the franchise has needed IMO. With console prices being what they are right now, making E-day exclusive to a console with as small a base as Xbox was damn near a death sentence. What do you guys think? Keep up the great work. Peace.

Hi Summon crew, A rare, as of late anyway, keep it up for Square Enix. Final Fantasy Resonance is an absolute gem. Great combat, decent story, fun characters. I think they could actually make a truly epic next installment in the series in this style, though I’ll assume they go the huge triple a route. Hope we get more of these games though. Also, always glad to see Simon on. Love you too Dustin and Brad. Take care, Jeff
