South Park rages on even today, but it was during a more embryonic stage in the mega-franchise's history that we got its one and only film: Bigger, Longer & Uncut. Released to theaters in the summer of '99, South Park's movie foray is basically the length of three regular 'ol episodes, but produced differently. For instance, it's a musical, and a damn good one! And there's a whole lot of cursing, nudity, and more. But at its heart is exactly what makes South Park so popular even today, and certainly then: Irreverence, inappropriate humor, excellent comedic timing, and an appreciation for the destruction of Canada. And yes, we do indeed blame them. But we blame bad parents even more... and thankfully, so does this film.

Great episode. For the 20 year anniversary of the show the subway stations in NYCs had a poster that showed one kid in the 90s watching this on a t.v and then showed the kid grown up with a son of his own watching the new episodes of the show. That poster was really cool

Awesome episode! Slight correction, I don’t think this movie or the show is on Hulu anymore. I think the show moved to HBO Max awhile ago and the movie seems to really only be available to rent/buy on services. Maybe I’m missing something, but just FYI for anyone looking for it. 🍻

Top 3 favorite cartoons. So many different nostalgic periods of my life watching this show, and it’s still funny as ever with newer episodes. Looking forward to The Stick of Truth Knockback episode.

You're 100% correct HBO got the right to South Park about a year ago

Its nice that you can just go get a vaccine with no worries. Meanwhile up here in Canada they have botched every aspect of this thing to the point now where they think the solution is to set up police checkpoints to make sure you don't leave your area and giving the police the ability to pull you over and question where you are going... Help us...

It's kind of shocking how well things are going here. The bigger problem is getting people to actually get vaccinated... but any adult that ones to can get it, right now.

The post 9/11 episode of South Park is one of the best South Park episodes. Parker and Stone are one of the greatest surrealists of their time
