Hello!

Micah and Holly (Dustin's wife) will be recording a special episode of Sacred Symbols+ to discuss their perspective on Sacred Symbols, PlayStation and gaming in general.

You know the drill: Submit your questions, comments, concerns, thoughts, and ideas to Micah and Holly, and as always, pithy and well-written submissions have the best chance of being used. Walls-of-text and poorly-written submissions are ignored! Be respectful.

Please submit your questions before Monday, April 24th at 9 AM EST.

Holly and Micah, what is the weirdest gimmick you’ve experienced with any of the PlayStation consoles? For me, it’s the stupid copying of downloaded files on the ps4 that took longer than actually downloading the game itself. I would love to know what you gals think! Thanks for doing this, and hope to see more of you both in the gaming space on LSM!

Robert

Howdy Micah and Holly, If you could add one show to the LSM suite of podcasts - what would it be and why? Cheers, Robert

Brett Kahn

Hello Sacred Ladies, first off shout-out to Holly for your incredible Gamer Battalion anthem! Great to see you getting some more air time! This question is more for you since Micah has answered this before (but feel free to chime in too Micah): what are your top 5 favorite games, no particular order unless you want to. Thanks and keep up the great content!

Derek Alcott

Hello Micah, You mentioned that you were raised Jehovah Witness. I have an 8 year old daughter being raised as Jehovah Witness since my ex-wife is too. Do you have any advice or tips that can help me as a father who is agnostic? She tells me bits and pieces about things she has learned at the Kingdom Hall. I try not to argue or make her feel like she is being judged by me. I'll just ask her some questions or show interest in learning more but I have no intention of becoming Jehovah Witness. This question might be too personal so I totally understand if you don't feel comfortable answering it. Thank You, Derek A.

Hello Micah and Holly, Welcome from down under! My question, what are some of the challenges being partners to full time content creators, and how do you go about working around these? Cheers for everything you guys do for the LSM family as well :).

The Devmeister

What’s it like being married to a coupla nerds! Hahaha.

Nevets

Hello Sacred Ladies, Have either of you been in a video game tournament before? Have a good one!

Robbie Cooper

Hello Micah and Holly!! Do you gals play co-op games with your significant other? What are some favorites? How often do you play together? Might I suggest It Takes Two, Towerfall Ascension, and any of the Dark Picture’s Anthology games as great couch co-op games. Thank you for your time!! Your Pal-Robbie

Toiea

Hi sacred lasses, A quick one. What game do you think you have put the most collective hours into both single player and multiplayer? Thanks.

Dion Collier

This one's for Holly. We have heard Dustin's story of the moment he began to have a romantic interest in you while he was playing WoW. I would like to hear about when you started having feelings for Dustin. Also, what is your plan for when VR becomes so realistic you lose Dustin to a virtual anime waifu?

Jose Vera

Hello! Love seeing more episodes like this, my question is simple: what game or games made you into gaming? Take care!

Garrett

What are some bands/artists you have in common with your respective significant others?

Anonymous

Hi both, hope you're doing well! Let's talk about Nintendo. There's a lot of talk at the moment that the company might be gearing up to reveal its next major hardware soon(ish). What do you think this will be, and when will we see it? Will it be a new iteration of the Switch, or something entirely different? I'd love to know what you think *will* happen and what you *want* to happen. Thanks in advance and stay awesome!

Yazeed

What video games did you decide to give a shot because of Colin's/Dustin's love for them and what games did they decide to play because of you. And did you like those games?

Nicholas Renaud

Hello you 2 fine ladies! I recently got with the love of my life. She amazing and I always try to do mushy romantic things for her just to get the reaction and as a reminder I care. What’s the most gushy mushy things someone has done for you just to show they are still there for you and thinking of you?

Surge!

Greetings and salutations! Supposing for a minute that your other halves did something that pissed you off. Which collectible item amongst their collection would you steal and either hold hostage or destroy? With Colin big into GI JOE, and Dustin's affinity for physical games, the options seems endless. Anyway take care and god bless.

Hey Micah & Holly, I have a simple but fun question for you. What is your favorite Western RPG and favorite JRPG? I’d probably go with the Mass Effect trilogy and Persona 5. Have a wonderful day!

Grant Kirkman

Hey guys. What’s is it like having (soon to be) for Micah husbands that are slightly famous ? Is it changed how you view them in anyway ? Thanks you

David Passman

At the live event in Houston a couple of months ago, you watched as fans (me and my girlfriend included) lined up to buy merch and take pictures with your significant others. Thousands of people applauded when the LSM guys took the stage. These are the same guys you walk through every day, relatively normal life with--that said, what is it like for you to see your significant others be seen by their fans as "celebrities"?

NeO JD

What’s a game you love that you want more people to play?

RK128

Hello Micah and Holly, What games are you both most excited about this year?

Andy

Hey Micah, Have you ever been to Seattle or anywhere in the PNW (Pacific Northwest)? I feel like you would love it there and fit in well. The art and food scene there is fantastic and if you can catch a sunny day the outdoor activities are world class. Thanks

Sean Mason

Hey Micah and Holly, If you two were able to host your own podcast on LSM, what would you theme it after? Best, Sean M.

Napoleon in Rags

Hi! How do you two envision your families in 10 years from now? More dogs? Moving to a new place? Career change? Children? (Ignore if this is none of our business 😃)

Nikitas Gagas

Hello, Ladies. Have either of you ever shared an emotional moment in a game with your significant other? If so what game and moment? If not what moments have profoundly affected you personally? Also, are there any silly quotes from video games that you use to annoy your partner or share with them as an inside joke? This is a refreshing change from the testosterone fueled sausage party we usually get. Hope to hear/see more from both of you.

Sacred ladies What's your feelings on female representation within the gaming industry. There's always negative discussions around overly sexualised female characters in gaming. Do you feel this is still an issue? Or do you feel we've moved on as an industry from this with Lara crofts reboot, Aloy in the Horizon series and Ellie within the last of us. It seems female characters are getting more in depth story telling, does this resonate with you at all and will it encourage more women to play games. Thank you

Ben

Greetings, video game vixens! What game preferences or gaming habits/behaviors of Dustin and Colin’s are you most critical of? Perhaps there’s some game genre or franchise that you really really don’t understand why they like, and perhaps even clown them for? Bonus question: what is your biggest non-gaming related pet peeve about your partner? 😇 Stay foxy, ladies!

Vagicarp, I choose you

Hello mademoiselles. What is the first video game to have a real impact on you, that made you realize you loved the medium and opened the door to video gaming for you? Be well and give your boys a kiss for me.
