i feel like my first exposure to matcha was when it was being lauded for its health benefits?? like antioxidants and all that. also i like matcha precisely for the reason sabrina doesnt i think -- strong herby green tea is my jam.

I liked broccoli as a kid because it looked like little trees. To be clear, this did mean if someone chopped the broccoli into little bits, I wouldn't want it. As I'm older now, I'll eat minced broccoli. But I still prefer it in large pieces with leaves on it, and I still prefer it raw.
