Hi guys i know this is not in this episode but It’s too hard to go find the other one. I went and read Camus’ Myth of Sisyphus and other essays on absurdity after listening to Sabrina. I agree. One must imagine sisyphus happy. What he experiences is the consequence of his own way of living, of living life passionately (so camus says). And he knows it is all okay. We shouldn’t focus on the uphill, we will always return to our burdens camus says. We must focus on sisyphus going down the hill, chilling and embracing his own microcosmos. Sure, he will have to push the damn rock again. But he will also get to enjoy a nice little walk down the mountain with nothing better to do. He is happy!!! “All is well”!!! All is exactly as it is supposed to be, and Sysiphus knows it. That podcast came at a super important time for me, as I am an ultramarathon runner and last week i ran my longest ever mountain marathon with most elevation than I had ever done. I was Sisyphus.
