In this aftershow, we answer your questions about flying, including why Melissa is always in the middle seat (every seat is business class). Sabrina is averaging fewer crashouts per video. Taha bravely stands up for London's food.

The new video went up, as per Sabrina's remark! Still no post in Patreon that I can see? Anyway, I am really disappointed all of you decided to kill Vancouver. I guess I should cancel my subscription here... 🤪

We love our scrappy little vibes-based Answer in Progress run by three idiots 🫶🫶 you're all doing great and thanks for the pod :)

clearlypronerd

that's actually really cool to hear yall talk in the beginning of the pod that one of the biggest strengths of your videos has always been the exact fact that it is /your/ perspective(s)! as a viewer, i definitely agree. and i think that combined with clear reference sources for facts stated and fun and accessible explainers makes me, as a viewer, continue to come back and be excited for the next video. :)

I never come to an Answer In Progress video to see "here's what these three idiots think about this thing". There have been multiple AIP videos that I've watched without caring about what y'all think about the topic at all, or even what I think about the topic. What I come to Answer In Progress videos for is what I feel makes you distinct from basically every other channel: "How do these three brilliant people, most of whom are brilliant in ways entirely different from myself, figure stuff out?" I'm here for the journey, not the destination. To be clear, there are other channels I watch where they go through all of the research to show the information they're giving is correct. However, all of those other channels do the research and then show off all the stuff that turned out to be useful. At Answer In Progress, we get to see the mistakes and missteps, and I foel like that's not just valuable, but undervalued.
