There's this Asterix comic where a guy explains the basics of business and marketing to Caesar. He says "people buy things that are either useful, comfortable, fun, or because it makes the neighbors jealous." The story in the comic is about the Romans accidentally creating an asset bubble around menhirs. Taha's last comment reminded me of that, even though I haven't read it in over a decade.

I like the idea of using blue for the outlines in the notebook, but I'm biased because I really like blue.

As an American that is trying to learn Celsius, PLEASE do a video comparing that to Fahrenheit! And regarding the possibility of YouTube going away, have you considered Nebula or Curiosity Stream?

Total Forgiveness was brilliant and brutal! Also, did Boys State (not in Texas) and it was a trip. Highlights: * Someone started a stock exchange using the Boys State Bucks ** Then someone created a counterfeit operation to make fake money and tried to crash the market * My group established ourselves as a sort of reservation and would troll the "cops" who wandered into our territory ** We scoured the campus for sticks and leaves to redecorate our whole floor of the dorm to look like the forest * Someone bought all the masking tape form the supply store and sold it at a massive profit ** They used what didn't sell to make a Great Sword from Zelda * Someone at the "newspaper" broke a story about how certain groups were getting better pillows than others, which almost led to a full scale riot (the pillows were seriously terrible) * There were midnight raids of neighboring groups (sometimes for the pillows, sometimes to just make a mess) The whole thing was 8 or 9 days. There were guest political speakers, election campaigns, the whole thing was fun but also kind of nuts. Going to have to watch the documentary for sure.

It's Ask vs Guess Culture in action 😂 there are some great videos explaining this phenomenon, it's actually quite interesting from a psychology perspective.
