What I got from this aftershow, is there is a joke under the fold. I read the descriptions, but I never went far enough for the joke! Can't believe I've been missing out this whole time

I genuinely look forward to these aftershows. You all are delightful. But tripods... with most tripods, you can unscrew the head from the top and the cap on the bottom of the pole (middle stick? whatever it's called) AND swap the two. Then your tripod becomes a janky mini overhead rig. (Mine has been stolen and is my wife's office, so I can't really be more descriptive.)

Honestly I thought maybe garlic was like…. not common in Canada?? I was very confused why you didn’t go straight to like a Whole Foods

Well, now I gotta go back and look for other jokes under the fold. I like garlic (and cooking, usually) and liked the video...there were a couple points of confusion (like why we weren't starting in/with a grocery store), but the only one that didn't get resolved was WHAT some of the garlics and the differences actually were. Black garlic in particular I (and at least one commenter I saw) didn't know what it was at all. I ended up having to google it. Starting with going to farms prepped viewers to anticipate different grown garlics, not preparations of them, so a "this is what confit is/means and how it's done" and "this is what they do to make black garlic, another we *could* do at home but buying it pre-done saves us time and effort" would have been great. Assume at least some of the audience will always be novices with zero understanding of the subject-specific lingo.
