Quimont is a small town at the southern coast of the island of Quimont. Once known as Belmont it was renamed after the Duke of Belmont Lu-Quan Quimana. Father of William Quimana.

Rigaur lives with his father Renelu Ronrar that fled together with Lu-Quan from the imperial city of Pan'Gadia. After that journey he was forced by the empire to work for them or die. Now he works in the genatical research facility of applied Puranium transformations und the lead of Romy Artaniri.

Rigaur works as a deliveryman for the dairy to earn money and to ease his urge to run. He manages to run up to 32 mph/50kmh. He is calm, mature and very intelligent although his young age of 6 years. (Saur are aging faster than humans and die earlier at the age of 40-48.)
