I had to go with Stevie Wonder too, this album is wonderful!

Scott Anderson

I nominated Bruce but Voted for Stevie!

Stevie Wonder Innervisions could be one of the greatest albums of all time. It's not even close in my opinion. This album is pure genius at its pinnacle. Not only are the songs consistently top notch all the way through, but Stevie played all the instruments on some of the songs and almost all the instruments on the others!

JK

How about a runoff for the previous poll? Billy Joel vs. Alan Parsons!

KevB(rewski)

I'll second that. Or do both.

Stephen Caruso

very good choices but must go with Stevie

Dave

Innervisions! Great suggestion, whoever did it. Would love to hear side 4 of Tales but voted Stevie. Guess a "Ritual" marathon will be coming.

Richard Dobson

Gosh! Lots of pro-Stevie comments here. I'm sorry.. but I really want to see how Alexia copes with swimming through the raging undercurrents of The Ancient, and then surfs the ecstatic waves of The Ritual! After all, you cannot truly be called a Yes fan until you have experienced this oceanic rite of passage.

Dave

Yes, I suggested Tales and voted Stevie but would also like to see Lex with Tales side 3+4. Maybe I'll suggest again for Sept.

Richard Dobson

Nice one Dave. Keep pushing Tales forward, we need to show it to both Lex and Nick.

KevB(rewski)

I'm still undecided. If it was a Ritual+ Revealing Science pairing I'd be all in. But I guess they've already reacted to RS before I joined Patreon. Like Wakey, I'm of a mindset that some of TO could have used a skilled editing knife, a bit bloated in places. (Hides behind wall of Yes Kryptonite)

Richard Dobson

NicknLex reacted to RS on YT about a year ago Kevin, but that's it from Tales I think. I hear you, The Ancient is a bit of a slog (there's no denying it) but that's why I want to see their reaction! Then Ritual will come in and save the day.

Dale Dekker

For possibilities please add Candy-O by The Cars and Aerosmith Rocks. Guitar love for Elliot Easton and Joe Perry.
