The actress who plays Lillian is Ellen Albertini Dow. She also appeared in the episode titled "The Days and Nights of Sophia Petrillo". In that episode, Sophia is volunteering in a hospital. Dow plays a patient who asks if there are any flowers for her and Sophia gives her the whole cart of flowers. Dow is probably most recognizable as the rapping granny from the movie "The Wedding Singer".

Rose’s last line (“What happens when there’s only one of us left?”) hits hard. Of the four actresses, Betty White was indeed the last one left. I’m so glad she was still doing what she loved right into her last few years with us. RIP Girls.

Yes! I remember her now! I was wondering why she looked so familiar! Was she also in Sister Act? I remember her as a nun for some reason 😂. I've never seen the Wedding Singer. I want to do an Adam Sandler or Drew Barrymore Movie Poll soon. I will definitely add it to it!
