Hi fam,

We are back with another The Golden Girls reaction. Today, we are watching From Here to the Pharmacy. Blanche has a new man...kinda?! A soldier comes back from the war looking to rekindle his romance with Blanche. Unfortunately, Blanche has no recollection of that man, making it for a funny first interaction. Elsewhere in the episode, Rose helps Sophia write her final will and testament which reveals a secret Dorothy was not prepared to hear! This episode was soooo funny! It's definitely one of my top episodes of the season so far!

Let me know what you guys think of this one!

Xoxo,

Alexxa

As shallow as blanche can be, (from what we've seen) This is (IMO) the only time we see her true heart being given to a man. Even though she's slightly turned away by him being a pharmacist, her heart is still pulled to him because she can see he's a beautiful person and makes a difference to the world. She wants to see him continue helping the world because she knows he can. This I find, is the hidden beauty of blanche that is commonly overlooked.
