3 "new" lots (Patreon)

"new" both because they aren't quite so recent really, I've just been not very active in playing or updating and uploading. And also because they are all updates of older lots of mine, though I hope you will agree that they are both substantial improvements. The first one is an update on the strip club I made, heavily based and referenced from GTA V's Vanilla Unicorn strip club (and named the same). In all my experience of testing this, the club works very well in gameplay with that mod, provided you do a bit of groundwork, namely ensuring that the right doors are locked/restricted see the picture in the below link. Here to you should probably close certain doors, though I'll leave it up to you to decide. The last is an update to my old nightclub lot, club 503. Again intended for gameplay, even if I don't use it too much for that purpose. Now also includes many more details for realism, such that you might also want to block off or lock certain doors, because it has areas now that are meant to be employees only. You may as well treat both as red for gameplay purposes as a regular nightclub. There is also a bouncer door on the second floor for the VIP area, if you don't want to deal with bouncer NPCs I would suggesting replacing that.
