Lot: AEP Video Studio (Patreon)

Alright time for something a little bit different! It's a lot I put together a little while back for the personal video studio feature of the AEP mod (I think that feature might still be Patreon only by the way). I built this lot from the bottom up and I think it turned out well, it's sort of meant to look a bit like a repurposed motel.A bit more info and pictures in the LL threadhttps://www.loverslab.com/topic/127124-mrrakkons-sims-and-stuff/?do=findComment&comment=3334051
