May need some help (Patreon)

Does anyone have any ideas on how to stay motivated? I always say I'm gonna get something done, like for example an animation or piece of art. But I cant find the motivation to start or finish it a lot of the time. And I feel awful for it since now I have people expecting me to produce this stuff. So sorry for asking, and sorry for being the way that I am. But I need help

I've struggled with this for all my life, and if there's an easy trick or 'solution', I still haven't found it. The only thing that always seems to work to motivate me to get something started is to place a deadline on it, but that just means I'll wait until the last minute. Minimizing distractions can work, for example preventing yourself from opening websites like twitter or youtube until you've made progress on something, turning off your phone, maybe install a productivity browser extension or something. Procrastination isn't something to be ashamed of, we all just wanna do the most enjoyable thing at all times, and most of the time that thing isn't very productive. If you can find a way to put enjoyment in productivity, or reward yourself when you're productive (AFTER you've accomplished something), that's probably the best you can do.
