Wonderful time with Yulia and Lola 🤍 (Patreon)

Hello, my friends! 🌿

Tomorrow we’re leaving for our 12-day trip, and although this past week has been especially intense, I’m so happy I got to spend some wonderful time with Julia and Lola 🫶🏻

We went out into nature, to a forest about an hour from Warsaw, and there was no one around. It felt amazing to experience that sense of complete freedom in my body, even despite the fear of being bitten by a tick for the fourth time this month 😅🙈

I brought the girls to the same magical place where I had my little solo retreat earlier this year —it truly has a unique atmosphere, filled with birdsong, cuckoo calls, crickets, and even a woodpecker (you can check out a little video I edited for you from that day — it’s in the attachments) 👇🏻

I really wish I could recharge like that more often, just escaping into nature 💚
