...but mostly my back.

Greetings, my fellow savages!

Some of you may have known from my Snapchat, but I mostly kept it a secret that I pulled my back at the end of January.

It happened during lifting, but it was due to me not listening to my body when I was feeling run down.

This was incredibly stressful, because besides the obvious, I was one week away from traveling to Texas for my first show of the year, Ultimate Women of Wrestling, and I did NOT want to have to cancel.

But, I could not even stand up straight. 😅

I didn't record the lift where I got hurt, but I did record the days leading up to UWW, and some afterward. I go into detail on what happened, what I did for that week trying to recover, and show my progress along the way.

Fortunately, it was a "minor-enough" injury that I was able to recover! I don't think that's a spoiler since I've already posted my Texas vlog a month ago. 😂 (You can find that vlog here!)

But there is also a clip in this vlog where I talk more about the UWW show after the fact!

Drop any questions or comments you have below - Stay classy my friends!

Looks like you've been doing real well since pulling your back. Definitely glad you didn't have to cancel UWW as your 1st show of the year! Hope they really do follow up w/ you facing Kass Gillis b/c that promo was definitely 🔥! 100% going directly off the label in the vlog, that device TR lent you is called Lo-Bak ("low back") Trax. And it's meant to take pressure off your lower back by stretching your upper & lower body in opposite directions. And apparently you can do other back exercises w/ it too. But it says to do it consistently to experience the relief results. Hope that helps if you didn't know yet

Is it weird to say that I both love and dislike these type of videos? I will always love, respect and appreciate your willingness to do these videos and be this real and open with us, when you never have to! I just hate to see you in pain and down on yourself🥺but I am very happy you’ve been feeling much better! All the adorable kitty footage is obviously great as well😆

Glad that you are recovering well! As someone who suffers from chronic back pain I know how bad back pain is.
