Greetings, my fellow savages!

You're getting a LOT of posts from me this week, especially if you're on my higher levels! Consider it the 12 Days of HEXmas, except I didn't start on the right date... and it'll probably go for about 9 days instead of 12... but you get the gist!

I meant to post this back in September when the movie premiered. 🤪

I know I've mentioned a million times how hectic my schedule has been, but in case you're new here, I want you to know I'm not usually forgetful! I've just been all over the world, quite literally, for the past few months. (Australia vlog coming in January btw!)

So anywho, Marti and I got to do stunts for Francis Ford Coppola's alleged final film, Megalopolis! This actually took place in January 2023, but it just finally released in September 2024 and we couldn't post about it until then.

We were "the wrestlers"... who would've thought. 🙃 Technically we were stunt performers but basically we ran the easiest spot of our lives for and got paid A LOT more than any company has ever paid us for a single match. 😂

It really made me want to get into stunt work, but I know it's a really tough industry to break into, and the most reputable schools are farrrr away from me. That doesn't mean I won't still look into it a little further though! 👀👀 (I mean, you could say the same for the wrestling business)

It is wild that my first movie experience was for a major film by a huge director, AND I got to do it with my best friend. 🥺 That is not lost on me!

Oh, and I also got yelled at by Francis himself. 😇

HAHAHA slight exaggeration but not totally inaccurate. I'll tell the story one day...

I'm gonna be real with you though, this movie is fucking weird. My siblings went with me to see it, and one of my brothers found a deeper meaning to it but the other two were like, "Wow that sucked." 😂 No pun intended, because Aubrey Plaza's character in the movie is named Wow...

(I love her btw, and I'm sad I didn't get to cross paths with her 😩)

I see what he was trying to do with the story, but it's a lonnnnng weird movie nonetheless. That being said, I personally didn't hate it!

And even better - we ARE in it during the circus scene! 🥳

There are sooooo many little stories Marti and I could tell you from this trip and experience. I think we filmed a vlog one of the days, but we'll have to go back and watch it and maybe film a follow up.

I can say huge shoutout to Luke Hawx for getting us this part! I hope we get to do more stuff like this in the future.
