Throwback Thursday! (Patreon)

In last month's Q&A, I mentioned the time I wrestled in Brantford, Ontario on "The Hogan Show". That's what we called it, because Hogan was the draw, and it was a huge deal that he was doing an indy show.

This took place on May 14, 2011 for CWI "Brawl at the Bush 2". No idea what happened on "Brawl at the Bush 1"...

But this one had a bunch of names, including Nash, Steiner, Beefcake, Tatanka, The Nasty Boys, etc. Oh, and Lanny Poffo. I remember him being really nice and being surprised he could still do a moonsault.

I was green as fuck, and I wrestled Jamie D, aka Sirelda from TNA, aka... just Google her, lol. I met her in Windsor and drove to the show with her and her girlfriend. They were super nice. One of the main things I recall from this experience is that Jamie D kept calling me "Al", which is still funny to me to this day.

I was a babyface and came out to "Bulletproof" by La Roux. 😂😂
