[VLOG] NWA 74 Weekend (Patreon)

Sorry for the delay on this one, yall! I finally just bit the bullet & spent the $100 to upgrade my Google Drive space. 🥴 I really wish Patreon would get their shit together and give us the capability to upload videos directly to Patreon like they said they were going to do this year... 🙃🙃🙃

Buuuuut, I digress. Onto the action!

This vlog takes you behind-the-scenes of NWA's August tapings in St Louis & Nashville, including the NWA 74 PPV, Powerrr tapings, and the origins of Donut Duck! 🦆 (You can click here to see the IG Reel if you don't know what I'm talking about, but this vlog has the extended version anyway!)

This was a really fun set of tapings, though very exhausting as well. This was the first time we taped three days of Powerrr (instead of just two) in a long time. Plus we had two PPVs (NWA 74 Night 1 & 2) before that! Marti and I only wrestled on Night 2 of the PPVs, where we battled Pretty Empowered for the NWA Women's World Tag Team Championship in a Street Fight, went through tables, and as you can see above, brought some of their classroom toys into the ring. (Bonus: Click here to watch our promo leading up to this!)

It's so funny to me that some people were legitimately mad (on Twitter) about the Legos. 😂 The "NWA purists" I guess, who are out there making sure only traditional grappling standards are upheld. 🥴 (that's a whole separate rant so I'm not even going to get into that right now 😂)

Sometimes when other wrestlers meet me, they think I'm going to be super serious and only want to shoot grapple. 😂😂😂 I'm like, ohhhh you've only seen Bloodsport. 😂

These tapings felt a lot smoother, Marti and I loved all of our matches, and we got a lot more of the girls to come out with us this time! (we have yet to get Chelsea to come out during tapings 😂) We got to do some quality bonding, the highlight of the night being our sweet little Donut Duck.
