[VLOG] May's NWA Wedding (Patreon)

Greeting, my fellow savages!

This week I bring to you a "mini" vlog, so to speak, because it's only about 3 minutes long. But it includes a video many of you have requested: The entire video I filmed on stage at January's NWA POWERRR Live as one of May's "wedding guests" during the chaos!

So... me being a wedding guest was a very random and last-minute thing. Sometimes that's the beauty of wrestling, (and sometimes that's the curse) everything is basically being written as we go. This even happens in the biggest companies in the world, so the smaller ones are no different.

There was a bag fog in Knoxville this day, and so many people had cancelled or delayed flights. Half the roster didn't even make it, including Billy. Most of the show was being rewritten.

Kara (hair stylist turned "maid of honor") and I joked about me being in the wedding, and how it wouldn't be my first. This was her first time doing anything on a wrestling show and she was incredibly nervous. She kept insisting I be in the wedding with her, and even went to production to ask them.

I had a match that night. 😅 I was in the giant tag match that was the finale of the Champions Series, so I was preoccupied. Then suddenly, production is calling for me. They need more people to fill in for the "wedding guests" so they were going to let me be in the wedding.

It's not that I didn't want to be in the wedding, because I knew I was going to act a fool and it would be fun, but I also knew that it didn't make any sense for me to wrestle in a match, then suddenly be a wedding guest in the next segment.

But ultimately, I said "fuck it" and just did what I was asked. 🤷🏻

So I hope you enjoy my annoying ass commentary. 😂
