[VLOG] WrestleCade 2023 (Patreon)

Greetings, my fellow savages!

Marti and I are so happy that we got to come back to WrestleCade for the third year in a row! But we keep it very real with you in this vlog, it wasn't all sunshine and rainbows.

This vlog is long AF because I talk for a total of like 15 minutes at the end of it. 😅

The long story short is: We were both very sleep deprived coming into this weekend and it's an extremely overstimulating event to be at.

I think we both were not in a very good place mentally, and we hope it didn't show too much to the fans and people around us, but I felt like it was harder than usual to put on my game face this year. I feel like we repeat so much in this video how grateful we are to see everyone, because we don't want anyone to misinterpret this as us not wanting to be there. That's not the case. This is just a side to events and performing sometimes, and I don't see many people talk about it. We are human (believe it or not) and we don't get to walk into every event in perfect condition. 🙃

BUT even with that going on, we DID still have a lot of fun moments. We truly do love seeing you, and I even got to meet one of my patrons for the first time! (What up, Reggie!) And seeing our friends that we don't get to see that often anymore is always so special.

One thing that wasn't filmed was before the JEFF HARDY CONCERT, (of course we went) we took Courtney Rush out to eat for an early birthday dinner! She wanted sushi, we walked to a sushi place, they had a sign on the door that said "no sushi today", so we went next door to another place that was literally called like "Thai and Sushi" or something like that, and then they had no sushi on the menu. 😂 But we ended up staying there because Rush does also love thai food, and it was BOMB. 🤤
