The heavy steel door opened onto a dark room, radiating an orange glow. The heat was almost unbearable. A kind of crystalline core, from which light emanated, towered above a sphere of metal that seemed to beat like a leaden heart. It spun around at breakneck speed...

A Complex Core is a Macro Map, the recommended cell size is 210x210pxInspired by some of the locations in The Two-Headed Serpent, I came up with the idea of several themes featuring the Sci-fi Pulp, in rooms that could be designated by Snake-men, Mi-gos, Yiths or other mad scientists!
