Hi everyone,
Here's the Highlight-08 Pack for Horror on the orient Express.
Our investigators board the Dreamlands Express from a city called Ulthar.
They'll meet some exciting passengers and a lot of cats.
The train will first serve the cities of Dylath-Leen, Zar, Aphorat and Thalarion...
This pack contains the second part of chapter 5-The Dreamlands Express

Notes on the contents of this pack:
This Highlight contains the first cities crossed by the Dreamlands Express for chapter 5-The Dreamlands Express
End of the Chapter 5 in the next Highlight!

1-I wondered for a long time how to deal with this dreamlike journey. Most of the scenario takes place on the Dreamlands Express. Nevertheless, there are many stops and important events take place. It's also an opportunity for investigators to visit a fantasy land.

So while at first I thought I'd just create station platforms specific to each city, I eventually decided to push things a little further.

While the cities are obviously not complete, the station area is sufficiently vast and detailed to allow our travelers to make great encounters (or bad ones, of course) and have their own adventures.

2-However, if you don't feel like taking your investigators out to one of the cities, you can simply use the 12-DREAMLAND EXPRESS-Station Stop map. It's simple, it's effective, and you can move on quickly if the city doesn't interest you.

3-The first cities crossed are :
Ulthar: the city where you board the train. Special care is taken with cats, and you are strongly advised not to behave badly towards them.
Dylath-Leen: a medieval city with tall black basalt towers. Dangerous district where thieves and murderers prowl.
Zar: City of dreams, thoughts and fallen poets, with Greek-inspired temples.
Aphorat: A small port town, with whitewashed houses and blue walls.
Thalarion: A gigantic city with immense towers and gates. However, on closer inspection, the city seems to have been built by insects, and the towers are nothing more than swarms.

4-Small addition: A jade dome with a red flag symbolizes a kind of ticket office where information about the train can be obtained.
