----Notes on the contents of this pack:1- As is often the case in other chapters, the local newspaper, The Nairobi Star, is the place to go for good information to start your investigation. There you will meet Mrs. Smythe-Forbes, who will put you in touch with the right (and wrong) people. The newspaper may burn, but Mrs. Smythe-Forbes will remember everything you need to know if necessary.2-Hampton House is a good place to stay. Especially since it was there that the Carlyle expedition set up camp a few years earlier. Note that the hotel is filled to capacity with tourists who have come for a safari and/or to attend the Mountain of the Black Wind ceremony... Although the investigators are unaware of this.3-Government House, like Fort Smith, represents British authority in Kenya, and all the contradictions surrounding the massacre of the Carlyle expedition. Although the authorities will never admit to having rushed their investigation, it is possible to detect some shortcomings...4-Sam Mariga lives in a hut in a flower-filled garden. He can recount what he knows about the Carlyle expedition, even though he was not physically present. He can redirect investigators to Johnston Kenyatta and possibly lead them to the Mountain of the Black Wind.5-At the Loyal Defender Pub, you will meet Bertram “Nails” Nelson. He is one of the biggest revelations, in fact, because he knows what happened to Brady. But you have to believe him, because he only talks after drinking several glasses of alcohol... Like many places here, this location is completely fictional. I chose to make it a Nairobi-style bar rather than yet another typical English pub.6-The hospital will allow you to recover from any burns you may have suffered... And to meet Dr. Horace Starret. There you will learn that Hypatia Masters made a donation to this place...7-We conclude here with the KCA, Kikuyu Central Association, where Johnstone Kenyatta works. The organization is dedicated to assisting the Kikuyu people.
