We already met Eri's assistant. Her first (and only appearance for now) is in the second movie.

Interestingly enough, this case mentions the Nagano department being nearby. Nagano and Gunma being close is a recurring joke in the series, because Yamamura tends to appear when the case is close to Nagano (and Conan&Co are far from happy to see his face XD ). Well I say this, but the Nagano police has yet to appear in the series.
