A thick, viscous liquid with a purple hue that seems to shift when near a corpse. 

Slime Puppet. As an action, you can pour this potion onto a pile of bones or a corpse of a medium or smaller humanoid. If you do, the target becomes an Undead creature for 1 minute (a Skeleton if you chose bones or a Zombie if you chose a corpse) as though affected by the Animate dead spell. 

Before using this potion, you can add a drop of your blood to it, which grants you control over the animated creature as though you cast the Animate Dead spell for the duration. If you do not, the creature spends its turns pursuing and attacking the nearest creatures to the best of its ability. 

Though many sought to exploit the potential of a hoarder’s slime, dreams of an infinite army of corpses were quickly dashed by the expiration of the magical effects within a day. Nevertheless, more back-alley types still find use for the stuff, turning their victims into useful pawns even beyond death.
