Fetching Scabbard (Patreon)

Wondrous Item, Rare (Requires Attunement)

A short scabbard that seems capable of holding any weapon, no matter the size or shape.

When you attune to this scabbard, you can hold a weapon for the duration of the attunement (you must already be attuned to the weapon if it requires attunement). If you do so, the weapon becomes bonded to this scabbard and appears magically sheathed within it, regardless of form or size.

If you bond a different weapon to this scabbard, the previously bonded weapon is no longer bonded and appears in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of you.

At the Ready. If the paired weapon is not inside this scabbard, you can use a bonus action to have it appear in this scabbard as long as you are on the same plane of existence. You then have advantage on the next attack you make with the bonded weapon before the end of your turn.

Your weapon is your life. Don’t lose it.
