Cerebral Amneosis (Patreon)

Potion,  Rare

Fluid extracted from around a brain transformed by a gestating aberration.

When you drink this potion, your Intelligence score changes to 25 for 10 minutes. Additionally, you gain the effect of the Detect Thoughts spell (save DC 15) for the duration (no Concentration required).

Curse: Intrusive Thought. When the effect ends and your Intelligence returns to normal, you must make a DC 15 Intelligence saving throw. On a failure, you are afflicted with the Brainchild Notion magical contagion.

The fleeting intellect granted by the elixir was intoxicating. Such a wonder it was to contain more thought than the alchemist had ever dreamed to hold, his mind expanding each time he partook of his wondrous discovery. One thought grew in his mind each time, an intrusive thought that plagued his existence even after the effects had subsided: More.
