When a Kleinhorn grants its horn to a fellow trickster, the one who was given the horn can hold it to their head. When they do, a crown of branches forms around the head with the horn affixed to it.

This item can hold a maximum of 5 horns. You may pluck a horn and place it in still water. If a Kleinhorn is within one mile of the horn it will point in its direction. If there are none within range, it spins without settling on a direction. The horn can then be recovered and placed back on the crown.

As an action, you can pluck a horn from the crown, touching it to a target within 5 feet of you. The horn is then consumed as the components for using one of the following features:

Trickster’s Blessing. You give the target advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks and they are under the effect of the blur spell for the duration. This blessing lasts for 1 hour.

Seeing Double. The target is under the effect of the Mirror Image spell for ten minutes.

Healing Horn. The target is affected by the Lesser Restoration spell and heals 2d8 hit points.

The Kleinhorn revels in light-hearted fun with a crafty touch. When they find fellow tricksters, they bestow their horns to them, in a show of respect. With a few in hand, a cunning prankster can engage in shenanigans of even greater merit.
