Best Klaus episode in all of TVD...with the Christmas music.... chefs kiss. Klaus was a true villain in this episode and I enjoyed every bit of it.

Caroline is really annoying this episode. She keeps on telling people’s business when she shouldn’t. Elena told her that she needed more time to figure things out and then she would tell Stefan, but then she blurts it out anyway.

“I’m setting you free elena. It’s what I want. It’s what would make me happy.” It’s so heartbreaking that damon had to let Elena go. Damon is so selfless, especially when it comes to her. He’s waited so long for her, only for him to set the girl he loves free. Elena wants to stay with Damon, just as much as he want to. He was just helping Elena and jeremy the whole day.

“I wanna take you back to bed and never let you leave.” “So do it.” The chemistry between damon and elena is insane. The air was so charged, of course the phone call interrupts them.

many will say it’s not carolines place to tell stefan, but after the conversation they just had about trust, im sure she felt bad about what she knew regarding damon & elena, and stefan not knowing aka being completely in the dark. caroline knows elena is sired, and to her knowledge knows as well that elena isn’t her self right now, most likely believing elena doesn’t even know what’s best for herself (we saw that in this episode when elena kept trying to get cozy with damon even though she’s sired, and damon feeling uncomfortable about it). if you really think about it, she’s been the person whose mostly been involved and worried with the whole sire bond thing going on with her friend. caroline isn’t the type of person to just sit around and do nothing.

ya i agree but its awfully self absorbed to think you have more of an important input on someones life than themselves. elena already knows shes sired and has asked for time to tell stefan so it feels shitty

if said person is sired, i dont see why she wouldn’t think that, especially in the name of helping her friend. she’s sired, which puts her at a disadvantage view from other’s perspectives. im sure caroline felt crappy about it too, but she was also doing stefan a disservice to him, sitting on information that involved him as well.
