Those speed chess games gave me anxiety lol

Last two episodes of the show are excellent with the final episode being my favorite. I think Beth’s awkwardness with relationships in general (whether romantic or platonic) spawn from two things, one, she was traumatized when she was a child. And two, because she awkward and analytical, like a lot of chess players, its a little bit of both. She’s curious about it, wants it for herself, but doesn’t know how to go about it. And chess will always take priority over it.
