Enzo's death and Bonnie's scream literally still affects me till this day! That red wedding last season was just foreshadowing more pain😭

The twins were affected by the tuning fork. Remember Georgie left it out and they dropped it and started screaming? I think it affects witches as well.

Two really memorable episodes from this season! I love Nostalgia's A Bitch. It's THE episode the fully rounds out Damon's character development with a nice little bow. After all these seasons, he's finally managed to find his way back to his core good self as best as can be hoped for, and it's really nice to see.

The Bonnie/Enzo scene is taken STRAIGHT from Buffy, copied frame by frame. The show's witch finally reaching near complete happiness with her lover, just for her lover to be suddenly and tragically murdered (via the heart), then that witch craddles her dead partner in her arms, sobbing, looking up as the camera pulls back and a big curling burst of power rippling out from her pure pain. It also propels the plot in the same exact way.

Idk how Bonnie could even stand to be near Stefan again. Their relationship started off rocky with her very uncomfortable about him from the start, then that morphed into associating him with her Gram's death, then she watched his face murder her father, and now she's watched his face murder her lover. Like his face is pure nightmare fuel for her at this point ....

Bonnie's reaction to Enzo dying and that whole scene is just heartbreaking. She's suffered enough the entire show so far (that's been her main storyline over and over) that dealing with another death right after she became happy for once is pretty pointless and unnecessary. That writing choice especially is one example of Julie's racism and dislike towards Kat. I do like how Stefan got injected with the cure to regain his humanity though...that's interesting and unexpected at least

I totally understand disliking a ship as someone was never a big fan of Bonnie/Enzo together even though I don't hate it either (I can't stand Steroline personally). But Blake saying that he's happy, doesn't care, and minimizing Enzo's death afterwards is way too much and gets on my nerves, especially bc he was so healing for Bonnie and finally became a better person who wasn't just going after people all the time. It's weird how Blake tends to support the most toxic characters no matter what they do just bc they're interesting, but lacks empathy towards other characters sometimes. We can all like different characters as fans but a lot of his takes are wild to me lol

Theres an edit that makes me crack up from this video. The first clip is of stefan from season 2 saying "I was protecting Elena.. i will always protect Elena. And then it cuts off to him on ep 11 saying "im on my way to murder Elena" 😂😂
