I don’t think Love is colder or worse than Joe, you just don’t hear her inner monologue. Joe is scarier to me because he genuinely think he’s a good person and justifies every single bad deed he’s done.

I love that you guys never suspected that it was Love because it made the reaction so good lol. It was spoiled for me before I watched season 2 so I already went into it knowing what Love did to Delilah and Candace. I couldn’t help but see her as batshit crazy from the beginning of the season because of that. but they did a very good job at making her seem very wholesome before the final 2 episodes. It’s funny because Victoria Pedretti played such a wholesome, kind-hearted character in both Hill House and Bly Manor. NOT on this show apparently lol. I haven’t seen season 3 yet and I don’t know what happens, but I’m not too shocked at Joe already becoming obsessed with the new neighbor (or at least that’s what it feels like the writers were setting up). I don’t think Love is going to be enough for Joe now. He likes to be a savior figure to all the women he meets and Love can clearly handle herself. From Joe’s perspective, I think that will take away all the appeal of her. But we shall see! I didn’t really care about Candace, but I’m a little upset that she was killed as she didn’t deserve that. Delilah too. I saw Forty as kind of an annoying (but funny) troll throughout the entire season but by the end, he really was the most sane person out of them all. Rip Forty. Joe is just a destructive force that ruins (or kills) everyone around him.

Tbh, Joe was actually on his best behaviour this season😂 Like, compared to his usual unhingedness😂 He was just trying to be a good boy this season😂 He even made a bestie lmao. He even attempted to move on from Love. But she had other ideas💀 Him spiralling about unaliving someone should’ve already been a hint that he didn’t do it. He usually owns it/justifies it. But in Delilah’s case, mans was distraught lol. Especially with gaps in his memory. And Love really had him beat. The literal devil lol.

Remembering Season 1 when Beck found the teeth in the bathroom, he locked her up and told her everything. He was so desperate to make her accept what he did and see it was "all for her" but of course she didn't, so he killed her. Now Love knows who Joe really is, she is 100% aware of him and everything he's done, all of his violence and she accepts it, and.... he tries to kill her .. 😒 AND! he's disgusted by her ?! I CANNOT! 🤦🏾‍♀️
