Discord server is live! (Patreon)

I've got a basic set up going for the server and Patreon is set to assign roles automatically now, so if you connect your discord and Patreon accounts you should get an invite and be assigned your role 😄

If you don't want to connect your account here but still want to hang out in the server, just follow the link here and I can assign your role manually.
