I'm not sure where you got the idea that Claire works at the same hospital Natalie is having her baby at... I mean, maybe? Chicago is the third biggest city in the nation - there are over 100 hospitals in the Chicago metropolitan area including the suburbs, where Natalie and Donna live. I guess it's possible they're at Claire's hospital, but I think there's a stronger chance that they aren't.
