Not a spoiler just to help with the confusion. But just think about the scene with Peter trying to pick up floras doll after dying. He keeps passing through it until he starts to be in denial. Does not come to terms with the fact thats hes dead and only then is he able to pick it up. Hannah is in denial of her death (partly bc immediately after it happened she was distracted from it by danis arrival so she never had to face it) and this episode was her coming to terms with this.
