In today’s session, we welcome Holly to the table — my best mate’s fiancée and an absolute trooper! This one’s got everything: knots, tension, heavy pressure, and some proper Dublin screams that'll have you wincing and laughing along.

It’s a full-body deep tissue release, and Holly handles it like a champ (with a few unfiltered reactions along the way). If you love honest, real-time responses and proper pressure work, this one’s for you.

Enjoy – and let me know what you think in the comments!
